Delivery Services

  1. Hong Kong Deliveries

    • Free door-to-door delivery is provided for orders of HK$2,000 or more to any single address on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, or the New Territories.

    • For orders under HK$2,000, a delivery surcharge will apply (varies by location).

    • Deliveries require a person aged 18+ (with valid ID) to accept the order. If no one is present, we reserve the right to refuse delivery.

  2. Delivery Conditions

    • Lift/Elevator Access Required: Deliveries are only guaranteed to addresses with ground-floor lift access. A surcharge may apply for deliveries without lift access.

    • Weather Disruptions: Deliveries may be suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8+ or Black Rainstorm warnings. We’ll contact you to reschedule.

  3. International Deliveries

    • Available at our discretion. Contact us for quotes and arrangements.


Shipping & Storage

  • Temperature-Controlled Logistics: All wines are shipped in refrigerated reefers and delivered locally via temperature-controlled trucks to ensure optimal condition.

  • Free Storage: Complimentary storage in Hong Kong for 1 month post-invoice. After this period, storage fees apply (HK$5/750ml bottle/month).


Returns & Refunds

  1. General Policy

    • All sales are final. Wines are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    • Exceptions: If we cannot fulfill your order due to stock issues, we’ll refund the amount paid.

  2. Wine Condition & Faults

    • Natural variations in ullage, labels, or cork condition may occur. We do not accept returns for corked or faulty wines, except at our sole discretion.

    • Claims for damage or shortages must be reported at the time of delivery. No claims will be accepted afterward.

  3. Forfeited Wines

    • Uncollected or refused orders will be forfeited after 6 months and resold without compensation.


Important Notes

  • Provenance Guarantee: We prioritize direct imports and reliable sourcing but do not warrant authenticity or quality beyond our best efforts.

  • Force Majeure: We’re not liable for delays/cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
