Collection: Francesco Rinaldi, Barolo

Nestled in the town of Barolo commune, present-day Francesco Rinaldi, now in the hands of fifth-generation sisters Piera and Paola Rinaldi, has earned its rightful place among the most celebrated producers of the region. Antonia Galloni write that:

“The transformation that has taken place at Francesco Rinaldi over the last few years is truly remarkable. It wasn't that long ago that the wines were harsh, lean and excessively austere, even within the context of traditionally made Barolo. Not any more. Today's wines are cut with beautiful precision and show exceptional harmony. Even better, they won't take decades to come around.

The estate makes a full suite of Piemontese bottlings and our premium selections include:

Barolo: assemblaggio of La Morra, Barolo, Castiglione Falletto

Barbaresco: sourced from commune of Barbaresco and vinified in the town of Barolo, a rare exception from the consortium given to a handful of historic cellars

Brunate: Vineyard holdings on both side of Brunate: Barolo and La Morra

Cannubi: from both Cannubi Boschis and Cannunbi Centrale
