Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas & Fees

We currently ship to all addresses within Hong Kong SAR:

  • Free delivery for orders of HK$1,000+ to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories

  • Delivery surcharge applies for orders under HK$1,000 (varies by location)

  • International shipping available upon request - contact info@terracottawines.club for rates

2. Shipping Process

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days

  • You'll receive tracking information via email once shipped

  • All wines shipped in temperature-controlled containers to ensure quality

3. Delivery Requirements

  • Adult signature required (18+ with valid ID)

  • Lift access required for door-to-door delivery

    • Ground floor lift access buildings only

    • Surcharge may apply for walk-up deliveries

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 2-3 business days after processing

  • Express delivery: Available for urgent orders (additional fees apply)

  • Weekend/holiday deliveries not available

5. Weather & Unforeseen Delays

  • Deliveries may be postponed during:

    • Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above

    • Black Rainstorm warnings

  • We'll contact you to reschedule affected deliveries

6. Storage Options

  • Free storage for 1 month after purchase

  • Extended storage available at HK$10 per 750ml bottle/year

7. Important Notes

  • Risk of loss/damage transfers to customer upon delivery

  • Inspect packages immediately and report any issues within 24 hours

  • Unclaimed orders forfeited after 6 months
