1. Order Acceptance & Final Sale
All orders placed through Terra Cotta Wines are considered final upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of premium wines, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds unless required by law or as outlined below.
2. Limited Refund Eligibility
We may consider refunds only in these exceptional cases:

Unfulfilled Orders: If we cannot supply your purchased wine, we'll refund the full amount paid.

3. Wine Condition & Faults

Natural Variations: Ullage, label condition, or minor cork imperfections are not grounds for refunds.

Faulty Wines: If you suspect a wine is corked or flawed:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide tasting notes and photos.

We may request return of the remaining wine for assessment.

Discretionary Resolution: Approved claims may result in store credit or replacement (subject to availability).
