Gabrio Bini (Azienda Agricola Serragghia) is a benchmark natural wine producer on the volcanic island of Pantelleria. Working with ungrafted vines up to 135 years old, Gabrio farms strictly biodynamically and ferments his wines in buried terracotta dolia, producing alive, unadulterated Mediterranean expressions.

Gabrio Bini Magnum 2023 is the flagship dry skin-contact Zibibbo presented in magnificent 1.5L format. Sourced from ancient bush vines at 600 meters elevation, the grapes undergo long skin maceration in buried amphorae, developing incredible texture and complexity enhanced by magnum bottling.

Tasting Profile: Luminous deep amber. Explosive perfume of orange blossom, bergamot, caper flower, wild thyme, and smoky volcanic earth. The palate is broad, electric, and tactile, driven by ripe dried fruit, fine skin tannins, vibrant acidity, and an enduring sea-spray mineral finish.

Magnum format (1.5L). Decant prior to serving at 12–14°C. Exceptional with whole grilled fish, seafood paella, roasted lamb, or mature pecorino.
