Gabrio Bini (Azienda Agricola Serragghia) produces legendary, small-lot natural wines from ungrafted ancient vines on Pantelleria. Farmed biodynamically and fermented in buried terracotta amphorae without sulfur or filtration, Bini's wines are coveted worldwide for their singularity and vitality.

Notre mistere 2023 ("Our Mystery") is an experimental bottling produced exclusively in Magnum format (1.5L). Crafted from a secret selection of old-vine island grapes macerated on skins in buried terracotta dolia, this enigmatic cuvée offers extraordinary depth and aging potential.

Tasting Profile: Dark amber-bronze hue. Intriguing, evolving aromas of dried apricot, orange zest, star anise, wild garrigue, and crushed volcanic minerals. Rich, expansive, and deeply layered on the palate, balancing structural tannic grip with electric acidity and a persistent sea-salt finish.

Magnum format (1.5L) ideal for aging and special gatherings. Serve at 13–15°C alongside roasted game meats, aged cheeses, or rich stews.
