Gabrio Bini (Azienda Agricola Serragghia) crafts radical, highly expressive wines from volcanic soils on the island of Pantelleria. Working with century-old ungrafted bush vines and biodynamic farming, Gabrio ferments his cuvées spontaneously in buried Spanish terracotta amphorae with zero sulfur added.

Riserva Genevieve 2023 is a dedicated reserve cuvée named in honor of Gabrio's wife, Geneviève. Sourced from pristine old-vine parcels at 600 meters elevation, this bottling undergoes meticulous hand-sorting and extended skin contact in buried terracotta dolia, highlighting elegance and aromatic finesse.

Tasting Profile: Luminous topaz-amber color. Ethereal perfume of white jasmine, candied citrus rind, honeysuckle, dried herbs, and salty sea air. Silky, refined, and beautifully textured on the palate, balancing waxy skin grip with electric volcanic acidity and a polished, crystalline saline finish.

Extremely limited production. Serve at 12–14°C alongside pan-seared turbot, lobster bisque, roast capon, or aged goat milk cheeses.
