Gabrio Bini (Azienda Agricola Serragghia) is a benchmark producer of natural wine, farming biodynamically on the volcanic high terraces of Pantelleria. His uncompromising methodology—ungrafted ancient vines, zero synthetic chemicals, spontaneous fermentation, and buried terracotta amphorae—yields wines of rare emotional depth and precision.

Riserva Giotto 2023 is a rare, single-barrel-scale reserve cuvée selected from exceptional old-vine micro-parcels. Subjected to an extended skin maceration inside buried terracotta dolias, Giotto represents Gabrio's artistic pursuit of harmony and structural perfection.

Tasting Profile: Radiant bronze-garnet. Expressive aromas of dried apricot, dark cherry, dried hibiscus, sandalwood, crushed pumice, and sea salt. Silky and expansive on the palate, with seamless tannins, vibrant natural tension, and a long, savory mineral trajectory.

For collectors seeking rare, artisanal Italian wines. Decant prior to serving at 13–15°C. Pair with roasted duck breast, aged cheeses, or truffle dishes.
