Stefano Occhetti, a former civil engineer, returned to his grandfather's Roero vineyards and made his first vintage in 2019; today he and his wife run a true family winery with old vines on limestone and sandy soils. His Nebbiolo are effusively aromatic, delicate yet intense. A joyful, thirst-quenching way into the Occhetti style and the Roero itself.
