Stella Binaria is a labor of love nestled in Castelnuovo dell’Abate, beneath the medieval Abbazia di Sant’Antimo. This 0.37ha slope—untouched by tractors—is hand-worked with organic care (copper, sulfur, sweet orange oil). Their 100% Sangiovese duo, “La Notte” (2022) and “Il Giorno” (2023), contrasts extremes: the former brooding and balsamic, the latter sunlit and vibrant.
