Vaira Aurelj is a small, family-run winery in La Morra dedicated to natural winemaking, organic farming, and authentic Piedmontese expressions.

Fuori Zona "FZ" 2022 ("Out of Zone") is Nebbiolo cultivated in estate vineyards just beyond the Barolo boundary lines in La Morra. Made with wild yeast fermentations and aged in neutral vessels without fining or filtration, it mirrors the high quality of the estate's Barolo while offering immediate charm and fluidity.

Tasting Profile: Radiant ruby-garnet color. Inviting, perfumed nose of ripe red cherries, wild strawberry, rose hips, and subtle sweet spice. Palate is lithe and elegant, featuring vibrant berry fruit, fine supple tannins, refreshing acidity, and a long, clean mineral finish.

Featured in a 1.5L magnum format for enhanced freshness and convivial sharing. Serve at 16–18°C alongside mushroom risotto, roasted chicken with herbs, charcuterie boards, or pasta with duck ragù.
